ODYSSEYDEVELOPMENTS LLC uses a small number of other companies to run Crewhaven and this website. This page lists them, what each does and where, so customers and visitors know who handles their information.
1. Companies that process the information inside Crewhaven
These handle the people records, usage events and support tickets that a customer’s organization puts into Crewhaven.
| Company | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Runs the Crewhaven application (web app and the API the mobile app uses). | United States |
| Neon, a Databricks company | Hosts the database and its backups, on Amazon Web Services. | United States (us-east-1) |
2. Companies that help us run our website and business
These do not receive the people records customers keep in Crewhaven.
| Company | What it does | Information involved | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) | Delivers the email that tells us someone booked a consultation. | Name, work email, company, employee count, topic, chosen time, time zone and message from the consultation form | France |
| Stripe, Inc. | Processes card payments for customer invoices. | Payer and payment details (we never see full card numbers) | United States |
| Apple Inc. and Google LLC | Distribute the mobile apps. | Account details they hold under their own terms. We store no Crewhaven data with them. | United States |
3. Microsoft
When a customer connects Microsoft 365 (sign-in, out-of-office sync, or a support mailbox), Microsoft handles that data in the customer’s own Microsoft tenant, at the customer’s direction. Microsoft is the customer’s provider, not ours, so it is not listed above. What Crewhaven reads and stores from Microsoft is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. What we require of them
Each company above processes information only to provide its service to us, under confidentiality and data-protection terms at least as protective as ours. We remain responsible for their performance. Customers sign a data processing addendum with us that includes this list.
5. Changes to this list
We give our customers at least 15 days’ notice before adding a company that will process information inside Crewhaven, and a customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. If we cannot resolve the objection, the customer may end the affected service and receive a refund of prepaid fees for it. To be told about changes, or to ask a question, write to crewhaven@odysseydevelopments.dev.
