An org chart that keeps itself current
The org chart is drawn from each person's manager, so there is no separate chart to maintain. Open positions show as empty seats. Admins reorganize by dragging a person onto a new manager and nothing saves until they confirm. Search, zoom, collapse branches, switch to a phone-friendly outline, and export the chart whenever you like.

A digital employee dashboard for HR and IT
The admin side is an HR dashboard that does not need a training course. Administrators see people and invitation status, departments, and usage analytics such as who signs in, what people search for and which teams use the directory most. They can invite people in batches, deactivate leavers, and export every user record at any time.

Pricing
Crewhaven is priced per employee: $0.80 per employee per month for Standard or $1.00 with the Branding package, counted in blocks of 10 with a minimum of 100. What is a company directory?
A company directory is a searchable listing of everyone who works at a company: name, photo, title, department, phone, email and who they report to. A digital company directory replaces the spreadsheet, the printed phone list and the outdated intranet page.
What is a digital employee dashboard?
It is the admin view of your people data in one place: who is in the directory, who has been invited or has signed in, which departments exist, how the directory is used, and exports of every record. In Crewhaven, HR and IT administrators use it; employees see only the directory.
Who is Crewhaven for?
Companies of 100 to 2,000 people that want everyone to find each other quickly and want HR and IT to manage the data without a large HRIS project: manufacturers, dealerships and service businesses, professional firms, nonprofits and multi-location companies.
How long does it take to set up?
Your administrators import your people from a spreadsheet or sync them from Microsoft Entra ID, check the org chart that draws itself, and send invitations in batches. Nothing is emailed until an administrator chooses to send it.
